I'm not a morning person so it was good that I really liked this class because so waking up early and going to class wasn't a burden to me at all. I found it to be very relaxing and stress free. I found writing in a lab to be very enjoyable though I'll admit sometimes writing something on the spot was a bit hard for me because I really like to think things over and then write. And maybe sometimes I admit I may have not written my best (even though I love writing because it works as an outlet for all my mixed emotions) simply because I'm a bit embarrassed of other people reading and judging my work. But it's something I've been slowly working on.
Out of all the assignments I would have to say that the one I liked most was the childhood narrative probably because I like writing short stories and found it to be quite entertaining. At first, I was a bit apprehensive about writing something about my childhood because it wasn't one of my fondest memories and I didn't even know where to start. But then as I started writing it all started to flow out and I really enjoyed it. It was kind of therapeutic in a way. And as for the least assignemt I liked I would have to say that it was the one where we had to write about theorists/philosophers/ major thinkers that were influential in our career choice. Probably because I'm not such a big fan of research and I couldn't really find that many influential people in the field of translation. But overall, I really enjoyed the class and it's helped me loosen up on my writing
